Nitrile 65 Rubber is a black premium grade, 65 Duro Nitrile Rubber sheet, which has petroleum-based fuel and oil resistance, including petrol, diesel and LPG. It is also resistant to mineral oils and greases and gas permeability.

Our Nitrile Rubber Sheet is a premium grade of Nitrile rubber. This type of industrial rubber sheet is often chosen for making gaskets and seals that will be used with oils, fuels or greases. 

In addition to those mentioned before, Nitrile Rubber also has excellent resistance to LPG, mineral oils and many different kinds of grease. It is a popular choice for making gaskets and seals for automotive applications and is also widely used in the industry.

Black Nitrile Rubber Sheet has generally good physical properties including mechanical strength. It will tolerate a large amount of elongation (400%) before breaking and has excellent tear strength (40 N/mm). Temperature can be an issue with Nitrile rubber and it should not be exposed to anything outside of its listed range of -25°C to +90°C.
