Items are shipped via the most appropriate courier service, usually Australia Post & TNT or DHL for overseas parcels. Upon dispatch you will receive a confirmation email including relevant tracking number. We are happy to combine postage on multiple items.
Most items listed are in stock & ready for shipping within 1-2 days of receiving payment. However there will be occasions where we have to source stock, this can result in a lead time of up to 7 days. We will notify you as soon as possible when these delays occur. Also please bear in mind that our warehouse is staffed Mon-Fri so items purchased late Friday afternoon or over the weekend won’t be processed until Monday morning.
